Sanitizer, Dispenser, and Station Questions

What type of sanitizer do you have?

You can choose either Gel or Liquid sanitizer for your order. Both of these sanitizers use the WHO recommended formula (80% ethanol) and produced in California, US.

What type of dispenser is it, and how do I refill it?

We carry manual and automatic dispensers that accept our bulk liquid sanitizer. You simply open up the dispenser and pour in the sanitizer to re-fill. Please note we have a limited supply of automatic dispensers.

Can I just buy the sanitizer?

Unfortunately no. Currently, you must buy one of our stands to get the sanitizer.

Can I buy sanitizer refills from you?

Yes, we offer a monthly refill program. Please email info@standupstations.com for more information or call 800-413-9490.

What does the sanitizer come in?

It comes in one-gallon jugs. Simply pour the sanitizer solution into the dispenser reservoir.

How many dispenses do I get per gallon?

You can get on average 5,000 dispenses per gallon, which comes out to $.01 per dispense ($60 per gallon).

I have my own dispenser and/or sanitizer. Can I just buy a station?

Yes, you can just buy stations without the dispensers or sanitizer. Just let us know what you need and we will put together a custom quote.

Are stands suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

The Deluxe station is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The Standard station is suitable for indoor use only.

Are the stations portable?

Our stations are heavy-duty and meant to stay in one place for a long period of time. They are built to withstand high volume usage, prevent theft, and tipping. The Standard station weighs 62 lbs. The Deluxe station weighs 82 lbs (including a removable 50 lb sandbag). They are portable but are not meant to be moved around frequently.

Lead time & Inventory Questions

What is your current lead-time?

For our Standard and Deluxe stations once we receive the final approved designs and payment, it is 3-5 business days to when we ship out your order. Our Economy Station ships out on July 6th.

What if I am buying more than one stand?

For any quantity over 50 ordered, we will send a custom lead-time estimate.

Do you have the stands and sanitizer in stock?

Our stock is constantly changing. You can always call 800-413-9490, to get the most up-to-date lead time.

Shipping Questions

How long does it take to ship?

2-4 business days depending on your location. It ships from 75062.

How much does it cost to ship?

For an average order between 1-4 stands, it ranges from $125 up to $300. Anything over four stands you will receive a customized shipping quote. Other factors that affect the cost are how many you buy, and if you can accept freight shipments (dock high).

If you are within 65 miles of 75062 (Irving, TX), you can get FREE delivery.

Can I use my own freight carrier?

Yes, we can work with your freight carrier and help arrange a pick-up.

Can you ship it assembled?

We can ship the deluxe stand assembled (+ additional shipping cost). Our standard product does not have an option to ship assembled. On larger quantity orders we can send you a quote for our team to come and assemble it for you.

Design Questions

Can I design my stand?

Yes, we can send you the design template for both stands and help you finalize them.

Can I send you my logo and you design it?

Yes. We need the high-res version of your logo (preferably vector) and we can turn-around a design in 2 business days.

If I need something fast, can I just use a pre-designed version?

Yes. We can send you some options to choose from.

Can I redesign my existing stand with new branding?

Yes, for the Standard station, you can order new decals with us at a nominal fee, per stand. For the Deluxe station, it is possible to re-brand the outside covering. Email us at info@standupstations.com for a custom quote.

Payment/Returns

Where can I buy Stand Up Stations?

Go to standupstations.com/shop to see the features and purchase the stations.If you would like to pay with a bank account, please email alex@standupstations.com and he will send an invoice. For orders over 25 stations, please email alex@standupstations.com for a custom quote.

What is your return policy?

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
